Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-22 · version 2026-10-v2

The short version

Use aight for lawful work and do not use it to harm anyone. Do not try to extract, copy, reverse-engineer, or distil the models behind your agent. Do not put medical records, protected health information, or other regulated data in your sandbox. Keep your agent to yourself. Do not mine, attack, scan, or spam from the sandbox. Keep a person in the loop before your agent does anything with real-world effect. If you break these rules we may suspend or end your account, and you keep the consequences. Report abuse to admin@aight.to.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every member and to anyone who uses a member's agent or sandbox with that member's knowledge. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you let someone use your agent, you are responsible for what they do with it. You must also follow our model provider's acceptable use terms as they apply to the service; this policy passes those limits on to you.

2. No illegal content or use

Do not use aight to break the law, to help anyone break the law, or to create, store, or share content that is illegal where you are or where we operate. That includes fraud, theft, extortion, harassment, child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, and content that infringes someone else's rights.

3. No harm to others

Do not use aight to threaten, stalk, harass, defame, impersonate, or deceive anyone. Do not use it to build or run malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive campaigns. Do not use it to interfere with another person's or organisation's systems, accounts, or data.

4. Do not extract or reverse-engineer the models

Do not try to extract, copy, map, or reverse-engineer the models that power your agent, their weights, their training data, or the systems around them. Do not probe them to reconstruct their behaviour for the purpose of building or improving a competing model, and do not use the service to get around a technical limit we or our model provider apply.

5. No distillation

Do not distil our model provider's models. That means do not use your agent's output, or the service itself, to train or improve another model, or to generate a dataset for that purpose, without our written permission and our provider's written permission. Normal use of the output for your own work is fine.

6. No regulated data

Do not put protected health information, medical records, or other regulated data in your sandbox or your chat. This includes data covered by HIPAA, and any data set that carries its own legal handling rules that aight does not meet. Do not send your agent personal data about children under 14. If you are unsure whether your data is regulated, treat it as regulated and leave it out.

7. One agent, one person

Your agent is for you. Do not share your account, your sign-in link, or your agent with other people, and do not resell access to it. Do not create accounts to get around a trial limit, a suspension, or a usage limit. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

8. Sanctions and export

You confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of an embargoed or comprehensively sanctioned territory, and that you are not on a sanctions list that applies to this service. Do not use aight to send, export, or provide access to anything that export control or sanctions law forbids.

9. No abuse of the sandbox or the service

Do not use the sandbox or the wider service to mine cryptocurrency, run denial-of-service attacks, scan or probe networks you do not own or have permission to test, send spam, host malware, or place unreasonable load on shared infrastructure. Do not try to escape the sandbox, reach another member's data, or interfere with the service for anyone else.

10. Keep a person in the loop

Your agent can act, not only talk. Do not let it take an action with real-world effect without a person approving it first: sending money, signing or submitting something, deleting data you cannot get back, or contacting other people on your behalf. Do not use aight for fully automated decisions about other people without human review. Your agent's output can be wrong, and you are responsible for what it does on your instruction.

11. What we do if you break this policy

If you break this policy, or we reasonably believe you have, we may warn you, remove content, limit your access, or suspend or end your account. In serious cases we may act without notice. Where the law allows, we keep fees and credits already paid, and we may report the matter to law enforcement or to a provider whose terms you have broken. You are responsible for any loss or claim that comes from your breach.

12. How to report abuse

If you see someone using aight to break this policy, email admin@aight.to with what you saw, where you saw it, and any links or screenshots. We look at every report and keep the reporter's details private where we can.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the version and the date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
