Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-23 · version 2026-10-v3
The short version
You must be 18 or older. The trial is free, includes 200 credits, lasts until those credits are used up, and does not need a card. Your agent is software, and its output can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it or act on it. We can see your chat with your agent when we need to support you or keep the service safe. When your trial ends we keep your work for 14 days, then remove it from our live systems; a backup copy is kept for up to 30 more days, then deleted. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value. If a provider outage is proven, we do not refund it. If we discontinue a paid feature, we refund the unused part pro rata. Read the whole page, plus our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Notice.
1. Who we are
aight is operated by Aight Technologies LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("we", "us", "our"). aight is a hosted product: we run the software, hold the accounts, and provide your agent. You are the member, and these terms are between you and us.
2. Who can use aight
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must use aight for yourself, not on behalf of someone else, and the details you give us must be accurate. If you are using aight for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
3. The trial
The trial has no time limit. It starts the day your agent is set up and includes 200 credits and a private sandbox with tools, memory, and files. It does not need a card. The trial ends when the credits run out.
One trial per person, per email address, and per Telegram account. Trial places are limited, and we may pause or close new sign-ups when the trial pool is full. We may also decline or end a trial if we believe it was created to get around these limits.
4. What the agent is
Your agent is software. It reads your messages, decides on a step, and can use tools in its sandbox to carry that step out. It can write files, run commands, search, and remember things you tell it.
Output is generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. A confident answer is not a correct answer. Check facts, numbers, code, and anything you plan to publish or act on. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take after reading the output. Do not use the agent as the only check on anything important, and do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
aight is a hosted product, not a model API. We do not give you a provider key, raw model access, or a way to call the model outside your agent.
5. Credits
Each plan comes with an allotment of credits. A credit is an internal unit we use to meter your use of the service. It is not money, it has no cash value, and it cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Credits do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the trial or the end of the paid billing period, as applicable. We set the number of credits in each plan and how much each action costs, and we may change those amounts. We show your balance and usage in the product.
6. Your content and our access
You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you send, the files you upload or create, and the output you receive. You give us permission to host, process, copy, and transmit that content only as needed to run the service, support you, and keep it safe.
Your chat with your agent is not private from our team. The people who run aight can read it when we need to support you, investigate abuse, fix a fault, or meet a legal obligation. We may also use it, and how you use aight, to recommend aight plans, features, and add-ons to you; you can opt out of promotional messages at any time by emailing admin@aight.to. We do not sell it.
Prompts and files you send are processed by a third-party model provider on our behalf. Our Privacy Notice names the providers and explains where your data goes.
7. What happens when your trial or plan ends
When your trial ends, your agent stops running. We keep your chat history, files, and sandbox for 14 days after the trial ends, so you can restart the same agent if you move to a paid plan in that window. After the 14-day keep we remove your agent and its files from our live systems; a backup copy is kept for up to 30 more days for recovery, then deleted. The deletion cannot be undone after that.
If you cancel a paid plan, the same 14-day keep applies after the period you have paid for ends, unless the plan says otherwise. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
8. Outages and refunds
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free. It depends on third-party infrastructure, including cloud hosting and model providers. An outage, slowdown, or failure at one of those providers can interrupt or stop your agent, and some actions may fail or be lost.
When a provider outage affects the service, we will say so on our status or community channel and link to the provider's own status page where one exists. That disclosure is our response to the outage. We do not refund credits, fees, or time when a provider outage is proven. Where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, this clause does not remove it.
If we discontinue a paid feature entirely, or materially reduce a paid plan in a way that removes what you paid for, we refund the unused prepaid part of that feature or plan pro rata. We do not refund change of mind, unused credits, or a period you chose not to use.
9. Suspension and termination
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. If you break it, or we reasonably believe you have, we may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, and keep any credits or fees already paid. Serious cases include illegal content, harm to others, attempts to extract or copy the models, regulated data, and abuse of the sandbox or the wider service.
We may also suspend or end access if we are required to by law, if we cannot keep the service safe, or if the service is discontinued. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, the refund rule in section 8 applies. You can stop using aight at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, lost work, or business interruption. Our total liability for all claims connected with the service, taken together, is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise. Before starting a formal claim, email us at admin@aight.to and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version and the date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. If you keep using aight after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using aight and ask us to delete your data.
